We develop our work in three main areas of activity, building a more sustainable future by helping agrobusinesses recycle organic matter and convert it into clean energy and value-added products.
Bioenergy
At BZB we use innovative processes to convert organic waste into renewable energy. In our case, we work with biogas, a constantly growing source of energy owing to its essential role in the “green transition” – the transition towards a green economy.
The combined heat and energy plants known as CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plants, use biogas to generate electrical and thermal energy in parallel, through a process called cogeneration.

Our objective in this area is to produce renewable biofuels capable of substituting fossil fuel hydrocarbons in the fields of energy production or mobility.
Bioindustries
At BZB we implement innovative solutions through the use of biotechnology which enable products to be recovered in the form of raw material for other manufacturing processes.
